A DEPOSIT or FEE of $250.00 is applicable on signing for a vehicle to be found.
Note: This fee is deducted off the AGREED sales price on delivery.
In the event that a SALE is not accomplished, ALF MORRIS retains $100.00

PREFERRED TIME SCALE:

Upon finding a vehicle the CUSTOMER will be advised of its details and specifications, including:

Body & paint condition.
Accident damage or repairs and rust if any.
Mechanical condition.
Upholstery & trim type & condition.
Accessory level eg Tow bar, cargo barrier, tint, CD player etc.

It is further understood and agreed upon, that when a vehicle is located and fully described to the CUSTOMER it will be transported to NSCS, whereupon this vehicle can be sighted and road tested.

When both NEALE STREET CAR SALES & CUSTOMER are satisfied with its condition, and have confirmed that the specification of the vehicle is as described, it can be appreciated that a SALES AGREEMENT or CONTRACT FOR SALE OF A USED MOTOR VEHICLE needs to be SIGNED.

NOTE: It would be unfair for the located vehicle to be rejected by the customer for no good reason.

Prior to this vehicle being supplied it will be roadworthy Certificate (RWC) tested and any necessary repairs and adjustments carried out. A Green Certificate will be issued. A 3 YEAR Australian Network Warranty will be provided, regardless of age of the vehicle.

Every car is checked by Doug Neilson Automotive for RWC Inspection and Carlile Automotive carry out all repairs and servicing. Your own mechanic may give you the final tick of approval.

Note: The AWN 36 Month Extended Warranty also comes with 12 months Australia Wide assist, available 24/7.

For an additional $400, an extra 2 years AWN (Australian Network Warranty) can be arranged.
